Our Botanical Bar Soaps are handcrafted in small batches with a creamy shea butter base and thoughtfully chosen botanical essential oil blends. Each bar has its own unique scent profile, inspired by the Compass Creations collection.

Return & Refund Policy

At Compass Collective, we want you to love what you receive. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and many are personal-care products, we have a few guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Unopened Products
If you change your mind about a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unopened and unused
In its original packaging
In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will contact you regarding your refund.
Personal-Care Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This includes products such as:
Botanical soaps
Essential oil roll-ons
Botanical mist sprays
Lip balms
Other personal-care products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at connect@compass-collective.ca within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging when applicable
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.
Candles
If a candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order information.
If you experience a problem with a candle after using it, please contact us so we can discuss the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
Exchanges
Because our products are made in small batches, we generally do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@compass-collective.ca.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Final Sale Items
Any products specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase will not be eligible for return due to change of mind, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
